As a response to the recent change in management method, THI collects and stores information about human resources in a DB through online job application, and supplies talented people suitable for the job whenever there is a request for human resource recruitment.

■ Recruiting system
Our recruitment system adopts a regular recruitment system, and job postings are posted frequently on the website and job search sites.
You can download and fill out the job application form and submit it by e-mail along with the necessary documents as an employment-related e-mail account. When filling out the job application form, please clearly state the field of application.
The applicant’s ability and qualifications are first reviewed through documents to determine whether he is a human resource required by the company and each department. The results of the document review will be notified individually.
Applicants who pass the document screening will be interviewed, with the first interview with the department head and the second interview with executives and CEOs.
The interview method adopts an individual or group interview method.
▶Recruitment confirmation and job placement
We confirm the employment after consulting the job process, such as the job schedule, for those who passed the interview.
After joining the company, you will be placed in the field after simple orientation training and will undergo an OJT course for about 2 to 3 months.
